You can gain practical skills that will help develop a wellbeing strategy from the experts in our workshops. The three workshops will cover workplaces, communities and individuals.
Dr Mark Simpson, Chief Medical Officer at Health Management (a MAXIMUS company), will be discussing the parallels and distinctions between mental health and intellectual health. He will be sharing strategies for how organisations and individuals can simultaneously work more effectively while improving their wellbeing.
C3 Collaborating for Health, Golding Homes and Pip Lawrence from DayOne Wellness will come together to explore the connection between health and where people live, work and play. With people in disadvantaged areas having less opportunity to live healthy lives, this workshop will address the inequalities in health and wellbeing. C3’s CHESS™ (Community Health Engagement Survey Solutions) programme and the Wellness Project from Golding Homes and DayOne Wellness will be used as a case study.
Applied positive psychology consultant, Charlotte Wiseman, will be hosting an interactive session that explores the impact of mental health on productivity, relationships, resilience and physical health. This workshop will teach you to identify signs of positive mental wellbeing and how to improve your personal workplace wellbeing and that of your colleagues.
